Windows 10 PCI Memory Controller, PCI Simple Communications Controller, SM Bus Controller drivers not installed, audio issues

Just upgraded pc with a new SSD for the boot drive.Upon first boot, audio devices were not detected by the motherboard. I tried updating and uninstalling the audio drivers, restarting each time to no success. Then I saw that the PCI Memory Controller, PCI Simple Communications Controller, SM Bus Controller could not be found, and both updating and uninstalling does nothing after restart. I don't know where to find these drivers.Audio works from the monitor through HDMI, but not from the mic in or any of the audio out plugs on the motherboard.
