Windows 10 People can here my pc audio such as games when in online meets/calls Tried alot of youtube tutorials and other items but found none that help

I have a Acer nitro 5 gtx 1650 laptop and so far I've had a big issue where every aux plug headset I have that I plug suffers from crosstalk where people can hear my pc audio from games to movies from my mic and it is quite an annoying issue, I've tried a lot of things going into sound settings, Turning on things, but even my Realtek audio console doesn't have anything as it has very limited options and the only option in advanced settings is to change connecter retasking which doesn't do much if anyone could help that would be great thank you
