Windows 11 Perfect internet connection - yet Windows 11 thinks it's not connected to the internet (Ethernet, Wifi, USB Tether)

Hello, I've had an issue with my internet connection the last few days (I think since the 21st? Maybe earlier). It works normally, I can watch everything, even stream to Twitch without issues. BUT Microsoft Products (Troubleshooting tools, Windows itself (for example Network display) and oddly the EA Launcher) can't establish an internet connection or assume there is none. - executed these as Admin: netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset ipconfig /release ipconfi
