I have an MSI laptop purchased via the Microsoft Store that I also purchased the PerformanceGuard Protection Plan for Laptops/Tablets (4-year). Currently my laptop is exhibiting sporadic issues with the video. I have troubleshot via drivers and reload and feel it is something to do with the screen or video card. I cannot find information on your website for getting assistance from PerformanceGuard. How do I go about getting support with them. Laptop was purchased in December of 2021 so I still have over a year of support under the third party warranty.
