Periodically, when I use speech recognition, the program gets "stuck" and will not take dictation, no matter what I say. It continues to prompt "What was that?", or sometimes numbers appear on the toolbar. Sometimes it will begin to work if I redo the tutorial, but more often it won't work for weeks at a time. The standard answer about Cortana does not seem to help.
