Windows 10 Permanent portrait and landscape outline in center of screen. help

Hello, I'm having an issue with the background of my computer. My 3-year-old son somehow did this to my computer screen. For some reason, it will not remove itself after a restart, inside a screensaver, or even inside a game. I have searched around the web for any kind of answer but can't find one even similar to this problem. Any ideas how to remove this? I'm trying to upload an image but every time it fails. To describe this issue. Imagine a portrait and landscape outline overlaid on each other in the center of the computer screen at all times. help please, and thanks.
