Windows 11 Permanently remove and block all X-Box Game Pass advertisements from my lock screen (on laptop) using Windows 11

I have two advertisements or promotions or notices about X-Box Game Pass on my lock screen in Windows 11 (image attached). I have already disabled X-Box App Services in Startup Apps and restarted my machine multiple times since then. On hover, the only options are "Check it out" or "Explore Catalogue", neither of which I am interested in. I want them to "leave now and never come back". Please explain to me (1) how to remove the existing notices, (2) how to prevent more future notices (3) what did I do wrong to deserve this?
