It's a feature I do not want and do not use.I have followed all the guides about going to Speech settings and turning it off. Turning off the speech on startup through the task manager, and even registry edits.None of that works and randomly the dictation pops up without warning, despite being off. Sometimes it is while I am typing and other times I am not even touching the keyboard but watching a video and it pops up. It is getting so frustrating that nothing resolves my issue. I feel the only resolution is to disable the microphone but it is used for streaming and recording games.Please help
