Windows 10 Permission for Prefetch, temp and %temp%

Hi All,I need help in providing permission for Prefetch, temp, and %temp% folders for a domain user(non-admin), so that they can access it without entering the admin credentials.When I'm adding the domain user to the folder permission pages through security pages, the access is coming but when we restart the system it is again asking for admin credentials.Needed this task to be done through the local policies settings or GPOThanks in advance and hoping to hear from you soon.
