I hope someone has some time on their hands and is interested in proving to a hacker that you are as good or better than he/she is!
Hello out there, I surely hope someone can help me. I warn you, NOONE believes me.
I literally have no place else to turn. I have been a victim of a cyber stalker for over 3 years now. As brief as I can do overview:
: I first knew I had some kind of problem when my junk gmail acct suddenly had "extras" attached to it like google+ and duo? I changed my password and put the 2 level verification on it.
: I had never used this before so I did not think much about it when EVERYTIME I accessed that account my phone would receive TWO text messages with codes. (I thought it was a system glitch.)
: My Kindle tablet was next. I went into the APPLICATIONS settings to delete an APP that I had put on by mistake. Besides the SYSTEM apps that I am always afraid to touch, hidden from view were storage type apps that I had never seen before. I reset that devise to factory settings. Well, I THOUGHT that I did. It took me all the way thru a complete start-up and I thought I was in the clear...not so. Just to be sure, I went back to the APPLICATION page and sure enough, all of the storage apps were still there AND the AMOUNT of storage on the devise was EXACTLY the same!
: My cell has been the worst though by far. Suddenly my settings changed. Some were gone altogether, while others were are GRAYED OUT so that I can not use them. All of my contacts and photos were just GONE one day! I am currently on my 4TH phone. I even tried going back to a flip phone but nothing changed. I did find under the PHONE setting an ENTERPRISE advanced VPN PAID BUSINESS service.
By now, everyone of you are asking yourself why/how did I let it go so far without getting help, right? Answer is? I TRIED, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Google informed me that me getting 2 texts with verification codes sent to my phone was impossible. I offered to send them a screen shot and send it to someone but the agent refused, telling me that all of the EXTRAS on the account I would have had to have asked for and if I had two texts then I was asking the system to RESEND another code.
The Amazon agents (4) tried very hard but were no help. First they told me they had reset it but when I told them to PLEASE go back into the application settings to check, they could see that nothing had changed. Eventually I was told that someone had WRITTEN IN THEIR OWN CODE that made the device show false data. I asked them to please take it off, I had not authorized it. They said they could not do anything but they did send me out a brand new one at no charge. I did not even have to send my old Fire in, throw it in the garbage they said. In less than 2 days, the new fire had the same problem.
My phone has been the worst of all of course. I found the VPN thing AFTER all of my #s and photos were gone. Friends, I have talked to Google, AOL, Samsung, Amazon and Verizon Tech Support. I have put PAID malware and HUMAN tech support on all of my devises. After I contacted IC3.gov, they told me to go to the police, which I DID. They ran my phone through the system that the cyber crimes unit uses and told me they could not find anything wrong with it! Mistake I SCREAMED and made them give me the recovery disk. The disk showed a whole lot of nothing. Most of my family and friend contacts from that time were still there but the number of calls and their duration was ridiculously low. Some were made up, with pictures of people I had never seen or knew. I never take contact photos. One photo was a girl that showed up twice in my contacts-under two different names and #s! Finally, the disk showed the date that I started my contract with Verizon. It was more than 1 YEAR OFF! The detective that I was working with told me that I must be mistaken...it did not matter what the copy of my contract said. PERIOD. Goodbye.
FINALLY, I contacted Microsoft's ENTERPRISE, to see if I could not only get them to remove the UNAPPROVED, unwanted and I believe ILLEGAL VPN service that has me afraid to answer or make a call. After several transfers, I was once again not to prevail. YES, they had a business customer that had placed an ADVANCED VPN on my telephone number. No, they would not give me that customers name per company policy. They insisted that they had checks and balances to make sure that ONLY WORKERS FROM CERTAIN TYPES OF COMPANIES ( like school systems ) or something else that frankly I do not remember, could pay and utilize their system. While I may not like it on my devises, I HAD TO HAVE SIGNED AN AGREEMENT with my employer before they could have placed it on my phone.
This situation has cost me my marriage, he calls me crazy and paranoid. We are currently separated. I am also seeing a therapist. I am fighting with every cell in my body to not just give in. I NEED to be able to PROVE that I am not insane.
I have figured out a few things that I believe to be true:
1 The person doing this must be someone close to me. They have never used any of my CC info to buy anything, they just seem to be obsessed with the need to know EVERYTHING about every minute of my day.
2 Another reason I think this person is close to me is how quickly my stalker gains access to my devises. Almost as soon as I have changed them.
3 I think my phone number plays an important role. I have resisted changing it because I lost a lot of my contacts from another state (friends) when he wiped everything out. This is the only # I have ever had, can you imagine updating every family member, doctor, friend and general contact with a new #?
Since I moved out, I dusted off my computer and had the hard drive re-installed and brought back to life. I set it up with 2 accts. One as the ADMIN and another as a user. No guest acct. Overnight, I am once again, no longer in control. There are currently MULTIPLE users, one of which has taken permissions over most of the control panel functions. I have read and tried to follow the directions in the MANAGING PERMISSIONS help area in Microsoft but my stalker is the expert not me. This is like speaking in another language. I know that the person works well in DOSS and is good enough that the live tech people had to put my computer in "SAFE MODE" before they could get remote access. I have an old Windows but I tried my Dads new Windows 10 and it followed me. I just needed to check my email!
SO FINALLY, MY QUESTION. Can anybody walk me through taking my permissions back and creating a way that ONLY I have access to my computer again??? ANYONE? PLEASE? ANY help/suggestions would be appreciated. Everyone asks what category I need help with? Please pick one. REALLY???
