Windows 10 Persistent issue: My mouse cursor moved on its own.

I use a 'Windows 10 Home 64 bit OS' on a 'Dell Inspiron 7373', touch screen laptop. The problem is that my mouse cursor moves to the top right part of the screen on its own. This is a persistent issue and leads to great difficulty while working apart from being extremely annoying. Several times this has led to the window getting closed suddenly. This happens when I am using the mouse touchpad and also when I use a wired mouse. Windows support engineers previously suggested me to uninstall mouse drivers and restart the PC.
