Windows 10 Persistent unknown cause of BSODs "IRQL NOT EQUAL" and "KMODE EXCEPTION"

IRQL Not Equal KMODE nightmare

Please let me know what sort of information you need to help me troubleshoot what exactly is wrong.Here's what I've already done,- Updated all drivers- Rolled back all drivers- Reinstalled Windows 10- Re-seated SSD and RAM sticks (laptop)- SFC, SCANDISK, DISM all ran numerous times- Windows Memory Diagnostics has no errors found- Bluescreenviewer just keeps throwing me the same crash address (ntoskrnl.exe+3fd800 or 3df640)- Ran Driver Verifier, BSOD once and then couldn't turn on so I had to switch off in Safe mode- Disabled Bluetooth devices as a suspected cause- All Windows Updates installed

Windows 10 Driver IRQL not less or equal crashes constantly when gaming on PC. Sometimes code will be KMODE exception not handled as well.
