Windows 11 Personal computer but it always shows "the organizer ask to change the pin"

Hi, I had the problem for a long time. I use my laptop, but it always asks me to change my pin number. I used to connect it with my school email but now I no longer access it with my school email. How to fix it? /* moved from Chinese (Simplified) */
