Windows 11 Phone Link - Calls are very choppy

Phone Link - Calls are very choppy.Using android on samsung s20 FE and 7800x3d with B650-P motherboard. Any ideas on how to fix?It is a very consistent choppiness. Not random at all. I can watch youtube videos from the phone with no issue except the video is a little delayed / jittery like a 10 FPS refresh rate or something.Connecting via Bluetooth.
