Windows 11 Phone link image displays blurred on local phone but transmits fine

When I send an image from my computer using phone messaging app using Phone Link, the image displays clearly on my computer screen, but appears blurry on the messaging app. However the recipient receives a clear image. AND if I click the blurry image on the phone app or or download it to the local image gallery on the phone, it appears clear. This issue did not happen previously using Phone Link (and Google Messaging on a Samsung S22+, Windows 11 on the PC side) but now happens 100% of the time when an image is involved.This problem begin appearing in September 2024 but in looking back olde
