Windows 10 Phone Link is not updating contact pictures from phone to pc / Android / Windows 10 pc

When I've updated the contact picture for older contacts, the new contact picture isn't updating in Phone Link on my pc via. When I created new contacts, those have the new contact pic shown in Phone Link on my pc, but older contacts just keeps the old picture.• Android / Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G• Windows 10 / Phone Link 1.23092.151.0I've tried all options that are available to me in the app and in my pc, and it's still doing it..(unlinking and re-linking, terminate, repair, resetting... )
