Windows 11 Phone Link NOT showing my MS account profile photo

With Photo access allowed the Phone Link account photo shows a random photo from Pictures (I guess), NOT my MS profile photo.With Photo access disabled no photo is displayed. I would still expect to see my MS profile photo.
