Windows 11 Phone Number problem with in my Microsoft Account

Hi, As you can see in the image my phone number has been taken I got two Microsoft accounts which ones says me to use my phone to log in but when i go to my personal information in the account i cant remove the number because it is no there.Btw I want to add my phone number so i can claim my prize in the bing rewards
