Windows 11 PhoneLink account linked to my suspended email. Help.

My phone number is linked to my suspended work email and I need to use PhoneLink to connect to my mobile device, however when I sign in with my phone number, it asked to login to my suspended work email. Is there any way to unlink my phone number to my suspended email and link it with other email?
