Since getting a new computer with Windows 365 I can't upload the program disc for Microsoft PICTURE IT. The two features I miss most are the EASY crop/enhance options and MOST missed is the ability to assign multiple tags to photos allowing incredibly useful quick access to particular photos among the thousands I have stored. Is there another program that has simple enhancement options and this TAG feature? I don't need all the bells and whistles in regards to the enhancement features - just the size-cropping (preferably with inches rather than exclusively only pixel or ratio choices) as well as...most importantly the TAG feature. And ...... I don't want to spend my grandchildren's inheritance to purchase it
