When I print photos from the microsoft photos app, the color quality is great but the printer is printing too fast and creates horizontal lines as it prints. When I print from anywhere else (google drive, file explorer), I'm able to adjust the settings so that the printer prints slower and doesn't have horizontal lines, but the color quality isn't as good. How can I adjust the settings in the photos app so that it prints slower and avoids those lines? I use an HP Photosmart 5520 for reference, however it's clear to me that the printer isn't the issue.
