Windows 10 PIN issues

My pin is not working unfortunately, I’ve went into the boot settings and typed in: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Ngc /T /Q /C /RESETAnd c:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Ngc And it still tells me “…is not recognized as an internal or external command” operable program or batch file.
