Windows 11 Pin not available

Hi My device runned into blue screen saying i had a bitlocker problem and when i was able to reset it the screen says my pin is unavailable. So, i tried to create a new pin however it requested a double autentication thru a phone number j dont have anymore, now i cannot login back into my own device. Any advice? If not im buying a mac today
