Hello, I have Windows 11 on my laptop with only PIN as the sign in option. When I enter the correct PIN, it says "“Your credentials could not be verified”.I have tried the forgot PIN option. It goes to the end and says "Something went wrong, try again later." . It get error status 0xc000015b substatus 0x0.I have read about putting the laptop in troubleshooting mode. I tried 50 times, but the laptop will not go into troubleshooting mode.Press and hold the SHIFT key on the keyboard.
