Windows 11 Pin/UnPin From/To Start Menu in Windows 11 is not possible since last CU [2024-09]

Hello all.I just noticed on all my updated clients with Windows 11 that Pin any program to Start Manu is gone. Also UnPin from it is also not possible anymore. Its probably after last CU from this month. Its affected to all clients in Domain, but also in regular WorkGroup without any custom GPO/Registry settings. To make sure its something wrong I just made new "fresh" OS install without any customization. Can you confirm this issue to? My Microsoft Windows is in Version 10.0.22631.4169
