Windows 11 Pincode doesn't work with network connection? Or: how to non-destructive recover a local password...

My wife has a notebook with Windows11 and she uses a pincode. When she wants to make a network connection from another notebook, a user (the pc) and a password is asked. But she has forgotten her local password, because she only uses a pincode! Or how to make a network connection with only pincode?
