Windows 11 Ping Spikes in Windows 11

When I play games in my laptop (just 1 year old) The ping in the games goes from 8ms to suddenly 999ms. This happens every 3 or 4 minutes. I have changed network settings, reinstalled windows 11 but nothing works. I use a wireless router Pls help
