Hello, recently there was a power outage which seems to have done something to my PC. I'm experiencing random ping spikes and I'm not sure why. My computer was working fine one minute, then the power went out and when I turned it back on I started getting ping spikes. My PC specs are CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor, GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER, 32 GB ram, 1 TB memory with SSD. I have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling graphics card drivers, using a VPN, updating my system to Windows 11 (from Windows 10), I checked to make sure other drivers were up to dat
