Windows 11 Pinned apps taskbar icons not working

I have 2 apps on my taskbar where the icons are not working on my external monitors but are working fine on my laptop screen.The apps in question are Arc browser and Teams. This is what they look like when they are working on my laptop screenOn my external monitors, they look like thisI have tried restarting windows explorer. Re-installing the apps, clearing the icon cache and rebuilding it and it has not worked.Any ideas?I am on windows 11 23H2 OS build 22631.4169
