Windows 11 PinYin Keyboard for Windows 11

I wanted to type pinyin with tone marks Ex: ni3hao3 --> nîhâo . I know there is a way in to do it on Windows 10 using the Japanese language pack and switching the keyboard to pinyin tones. However, that process doesn't seem to work in the new update of windows seeing that option is no longer available. All I could find are unique plug-ins here and there. I wanted to see if there was a solution on the Microsoft side before I start doing things the custom way.Here's an example of what I'm looking for:
