Windows 11 Pioneer SSD visible in Device Manager, not in File Explorer

I have an old SSD I haven't used in a long time. I connected it to my Windows 11 Surface Laptop 4 via USB A and heard the chime. I see it in Device Manager (240GB SS D SCSI Disk Device) but do not see it in File Explorer. How can I access the files on this device?
