Windows 11 Pixels getting scattered/ripped when trying to change strength of night light in windows 11

Hii Everyone,I am using a new hp laptop with windows 11.While changing the value of night light the pixels are getting scattered on screen.I am pasting the photo.anyone has any idea then please help.Regards
