Windows 11 Played a game, wanted to switch apps, computer freezes, beep sound comes from headphones when I click, screen goes black.

I've been having a problem ever since I bought this PC.I wanted to switch applications that are in full screen to my discord, so i press the windows key, then try and switch. After I do that, my computer freezes. my mouse still works, but i can't do anything. a few seconds later, my screen goes fully black.
