Windows 11 Playing and Pause Video Between Laptop and PC Synced

I have a laptop and a PC. When I am playing any internet media (YouTube, Netflix, Twitch, and so on...) on both devices, one will pause, one will play. If the paused device hits play, the other gets paused. And visa versa. To clarify: I cannot play Netflix on the laptop while the PC is playing YouTube (or Netflix). Because one always gets paused. The only thing they share is the Microsoft account and network. I've tried different browsers, different users, they're both on different windows keys. The PC was even recently reinstalled on a new Windows. Problem persists.Note: This is not an issue
