Windows 11 Playstation 5 controller refuses to wirelessly connect to PC.

The controller works fine when wired however when i try connect the controller to the pc, as soon as the pair notification shows up and i pair it instantly removes it. I have used the bluetooth troubleshooter and updated all of my firmware.
