Oh please help this is for work. I am locked out of the system because this stupid authenticator nonsense is demanding that I reset my password but when I go to reset it: It will neither send the call or text and then errors with something to the effect of: "We're sorry this isn't working right now please contact your Administrator"...Well I just spoke with my Admin and there is nothing wrong on that end with my account.
