Windows 11 Please help event 10016:DistributedCom

My pc kept randomly shutting down with green screen and stuttering sound and when i go to event viewer i see this it says on its log is this:The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID Windows.SecurityCenter.WscCloudBackupProvider and APPID Unavailable to the user DESKTOP-A25CR5O\John Jay SID (S-1-5-21-3341290814-4220775416-890266303-1001) from address LocalHost
