Dear Microsoft,
When I first upgraded to Windows 10 I had a BSOD, and since then I've been slowly working towards making my NVIDIA GeForce GTX1070 graphics card work again. Since I have an Alienware I do have an Intel HD Graphics 630 card installed as well, which I've been using fine. I've tried using remote help with two Microsoft support already to fix this error and have spent over 12 hours (cumulative) trying to fix this problem. Both of the support assistants seem to have left me after doing the same thing over and over (reinstalling the drivers and scanning for hardware changes through the device manager). I have an Alienware 17 R4 with a recent version of Windows (one of the Microsoft support technicians told me that I should roll back from the latest update to 16299). I've tried everything I can think of including uninstalling the driver using DDU multiple times and manually installing the latest driver from NVIDIA, using the Windows version of the driver, disabling quick start, and uninstalling using the regular Windows uninstall. I have also completely reset my computer which did not help either. I'm at a complete loss on what to do.... Please help and thank you very much.
