To Whom it May Concern,I purchased Microsoft MS Word stand-alone product and Excel. I did this to own the product outright. However, after the discontinuance of Microsoft 365 in March 2023, I have been charged $6.99 a month on my discover card, April, May, June, and July. This has to STOP. I require a refund for $27.96. All of the above said, I suspect the Microsoft charges are fradulent as the phone number connected to my charges is (800 642 7626); The people who answer are giving $100 gift cards away, if you pay for delivery charge.
