Windows 11 PLEASE HELP ME.. (windows 11 hp laptop won't let me sign back in)

I used msconfig while on my Windows 11 HP laptop and it prompted me to restart my laptop. When it came back on it wouldn't let me sign in to my laptop. I tried my fingerprint and it did nothing, and my PIN couldn't even be put it because it told me there was an app I needed to use my PIN. If I try installing this app it tells me something about overrun of a stack based buffer and how a malicious user is trying to get into my laptop. PLEASE HELP.... I've tried restarting it while holding shift, and all that but nothing works.
