Windows 11 Please Help! Too many Powershell Instances Running at once, eating up all of my CPU and RAM

Hello,I've recently started having an issue where I have an insane ammount of processes running no matter what I do and it's eating up all of my RAM and CPU usage, making games almost unplayable. Is there something wrong with my PC? How do I fix this? Thanks in advance!
