Windows 10 Please help Updated windows 10 on brand new build now constantly crashes

i just built a new PC with


core i9 9900K

Aorus z390 pro

rtx 2080 super

Corsair vengeance rgb pro

thermaltake smart pro rgb 850w

high performance thermal paste

corsair H60 cooler


i completed the build 2 days ago and everything was fine until i updated windows tonight


now it repetively crashes nonstop randomly


shuts off pc and sends me to bios and says boot failure


please help
