Windows 11 PLEASE HELP. When I try to play a game whenever it boots up my screen goes black and I have to hit the windows button to see my screen.

PLEASE HELP. When I try to play a game whenever it boots up my screen goes black and I have to hit the windows button to see my screen. However when I try to click back on the game again the screen goes black again. It seems that when I unplug my pc and try to run the game it usually works. I don't believe it is the drivers because I have already updated them could be the issue but I doubt it. I have an ryzen 5 amd radeon rx 6400 and 8gb of ram running windows 11. Any help would be appreciated!
