Windows 11 Please help with fresh install of windows 11

So I resetted my laptop recently because it was getting problems. However after the reset I got a notification that there was a problem with the reset and that it couldn't log me in properly. I opened the C:\$SysReset\Logs\Setupact.log and it showed me a bunch of errors and I think my system got corrupted. How do I start fresh? I can still access edge and found a way to re-install windows 11, but it says I need a usb or dvd and I'm confused, since I want to download it on my laptop itself. Please help.
