Windows 10 PNP Detected Fatal Error message on laptop keeps coming up, restarts itself, comes back on for 2 minutes, before going back to the fatal error message

This is not on my own laptop, this is on another one. It started happening today after Dell settings advised to update drivers from Dell Assist, which we started doing. Since then, the laptop comes up with this PNP fatal error message and turns itself off, supposedly restarting itself. When it turns back on and you log in, it comes on for 2 minutes, but then message shows again and turns itself off. The QR code steps given did not help the issue and the laptop is still doing the same thing. What can be done to help this? Urgent need for assistance!
