Windows 11 Pop up microphone won't unpop up

Howdy y'all.I know this question was addressed back in 2016, but Windows has changed and I have the latest version of Windows 11.Backstory: My 10 month old laptop was having issues so I sent it to manufacturer for repairs and basically got a whole new PC returned to me in the original case. Anyhow, the repaired laptop wasn't responding to the "Hey Cortana" command so I messed around with the mic settings. (I've since learned that the "Hey Cortana" feature was removed during a recent update, or so I was told). Anyhow, in my then quest to get Cortana to listen and respond I turned on a setting t
