Windows 10 Possible to return a Windows 10 Pro Upgrade?

I bought an upgrade to Pro from Home for my laptop, but I won't be able to use this laptop anymore. I got a new laptop with its own license. Would it be possible to return this 145€ upgrade that I can't use anymore?I can't seem to find a way to chat with support.Thank for you help.
