Windows 11 Power policy scheme being updated every ten seconds. Seems a bit excessive.

Microsoft-Windows-UserModePowerService updated my power scheme 54 times in the last ten minutes, in all cases documenting that it replaced the current power scheme with the current power scheme. I.e. Process C:\Windows\System32\WUDFHost.exe (process ID:4656) reset policy scheme from {381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2e} to {381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2e}.
