So, ever since I got my brand new computer (in February of this year) every once in a while a screen pops up for like a second then disappears. I had no idea what program it was because I couldn't catch it when it popped up. Well, I guess my cat pushed a button on the keyboard and it caught it and it stayed open. It's Microsoft Powershell, and once opened, it will not close. I haven't tried restarting yet, because this is the first time I've actually seen the program causing the issue. It wouldn't be a big deal, but every time the screen pops up it will switch to a different tab on the compute
