Windows 11 Preparing automatic repair loop AND Bootable Drive stuck on black screen

After rebooting my PC after a .zip file took 10 minutes to open, I did a hard reboot because it did not go past the booting screen for a good 10 minutes. (power button held down for 5+secs) causing it to stay in a booting screen loop. The automatic repair window is also stuck on a loop. I then tried out using a bootable stick (SD Card reader, I haven't got any USB drives) through the windows media creation tool. 64GB card, 32GB card with rufus and ventoy, 16GB card with rufus and Windows MCT, each time with NTFS and FAT32 format.
